Created by the legendary Tony Chi, the hotel will evoke feelings of pre-war apartments and industrial New York with details inspired by its midtown locale. Paintings from Carlos Capelan and an Aaron Curry sculpture in the heart of the hotel that represents the dynamic and fierce independence of New York City will add to the distinct vibe. Andaz 5th Avenue will feature a bar and two restaurants that showcase fresh foods from local vendors and a landscaped courtyard will provide a unique and inspired meeting space. There will be 43 one and two bedroom suites and all rooms feature 12-foot ceilings and are at least 322 square feet.
